Your role

· Provide a high-quality housekeeping service that helps residents feel comfortable in their home

· Keep bedrooms, communal areas and facilities clean, safe and welcoming

· Work closely with colleagues to support residents’ daily wellbeing

· Use care and attention to detail to make a positive difference to residents’ lives

· Contribute to a supportive, friendly team environment

· A caring, enthusiastic and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people

· Good teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues

· Clear communication skills and a flexible approach to your work

· Energy and commitment to making a positive impact each day
