Senior Staff Nurse for our Rehabilitation team with a competitive salary up to £56,678.84, depending on experience.

Shift patterns:

• Monday to Sunday Long Day – 07:30‑20:00
• Monday to Sunday Night – 19:30‑08:00
• Bank Holidays – 07:30‑20:00 & 19:30‑08:00

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL’s established policies, procedures and protocols.
• Prioritise nursing care, recognise deterioration in a patient’s condition and immediately escalates to the senior nursing team or clinicians.
• Evaluate, update and revise the plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
• Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and act as the patient advocate at all times.
• Participate effectively in quality improvement initiatives for the ward to ensure the Ward KPI’s are achieved and aligned with CCL quality standards.

• Experience working in a spinal rehabilitation setting.
• Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
• Willingness to undertake relevant post‑registration courses.
• Completion of an ILS provider course and qualification required upon hire, or within three months of hire.
• Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past jobs in the clinical field.
