Senior Staff Nurse for our Rehabilitation team with a competitive salary up to £56,678.84, depending on experience.
Shift patterns:
- Monday to Sunday Long Day – 07:30‑20:00
- Monday to Sunday Night – 19:30‑08:00
- Bank Holidays – 07:30‑20:00 & 19:30‑08:00
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL’s established policies, procedures and protocols.
- Prioritise nursing care, recognise deterioration in a patient’s condition and immediately escalates to the senior nursing team or clinicians.
- Evaluate, update and revise the plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
- Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and act as the patient advocate at all times.
- Participate effectively in quality improvement initiatives for the ward to ensure the Ward KPI’s are achieved and aligned with CCL quality standards.
- Experience working in a spinal rehabilitation setting.
- Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
- Willingness to undertake relevant post‑registration courses.
- Completion of an ILS provider course and qualification required upon hire, or within three months of hire.
- Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past jobs in the clinical field.

This role may be subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order (as amended). A DBS submission will be required to check for any previous criminal convictions.
