As a Registered Nurse - Tele Triage, you will conduct a telephone and chat messenger screening of our member’s health concerns, and provide members with referrals to appropriate care which will include thorough triage and assessment.

• Triaging patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions; medical, mental health, safety and social issues.
• Provide advice, education, and support by effectively coordinating services and providing the most appropriate response.
• Collaborate with a team of doctors, nurses, and mental health professionals to provide the most appropriate and accessible outcome to our patients.
• Provide thorough triage and assessment utilising the Manchester Tele‑Triage System (MTS) assessing and following up with patients.

• Bachelor of Nursing/BSc(Hons) registered with NMC board without restrictions
• Band 6 experience with a strong background of accident and emergency.
• Nursing experience including:
  • Triage - Mandatory
  • Emergency Department - Mandatory
  • Mental Health
