Position: NLH 4 Registered Nursing Associate
Location: Greater London

Our hospice continues to play a crucial role in helping services work together to meet the needs of those in our community living with a variety of conditions. We’re passionate, caring and focused on ensuring that everyone who uses our services are cared for and supported at one of the most important moments of their lives. In addition, we also support people in transition between services, sectors, and specialisms.

We are looking for nursing associates to join our community team in Haringey. As the Nursing Associate you will work with the multi‑disciplinary team to support the delivery of holistic care to palliative patients and their informal carers in the Community. You will need to have good communication skills and be able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients.

You must be passionate about delivering a high standard of holistic patient care. We seek a Nursing Associate with some experience of palliative care who is a team player but also willing to work independently.
