• Provide care for presenting patients from initial history‑taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

• Experience in a primary care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non‑medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential; ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Preference for level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or an MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.

This position requires a Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 submission to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Salary expectations will be discussed at interview stage based on experience.
