Responsibilities- Provide care for presenting patients from initial history‑taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
- Demonstrate safe, clinical decision‑making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
- Experience in a primary care setting.
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non‑medical prescriber.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential; ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
- Preference for level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or an MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
- Up to £60,000.00 depending on experience.

This position requires a Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 submission to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
