Registered Nurse - Nights

We are searching for a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead care at Hampstead Court Care Home in London.

• Act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as necessary and ensuring high standards of care to residents.
• Undertake nursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
• Advising families and GPs of any changes in residents’ condition and keeping them informed and involved in ongoing care decisions.
• Supervise and deploy staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the duty period.
• Provide accurate assessment and planning to maintain high standards of care.

• Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC registration.
• Demonstrate a minimum of two years’ experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualifications.
• Display strong interpersonal skills and the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
• Have sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
