• Excellent clinical applied knowledge which is evidence‑based and takes account of national best practice standards
• Excellent verbal and written and IT communication skills
• ILS/PILS
• To have completed a ‘Back to Nursing’ course if having been out of nursing for more than 5 years
• Experience of private sector – desirable
• Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills across a range and varied patient case mix and competent across a range of skills (Desirable)
• ENB 998 and/or mentorship course (Desirable)
• ENB 100 Intensive Care Nursing Course (Desirable)
