Concierge Registered Nurse – High-Acuity Private Care

London, United Kingdom | Posted on 07/07/2026

Advance your nursing career in an elite private care setting. Work alongside Western doctors and physiotherapists with excellent double-nurse shift safety. Secure a permanent, tax‑free role.

If you are a high‑caliber critical care nurse looking to transition your clinical expertise into an exclusive, private practice environment, this permanent position offers unparalleled clinical support. You will be responsible for providing dedicated, continuous 1:1 care to a single VIP patient.

Unlike isolated private duties, this role is built around absolute clinical safety and collaborative practice.

You will function within a prestigious multidisciplinary medical team led by a Western‑Trained Lead Doctor and supported by expert Western‑Trained Physiotherapists.

Furthermore, our strict safety protocol utilizes double‑nurse shifts, guaranteeing that you always work paired with another qualified RN, ensuring peer support is constantly available.

The role involves international transit, accompanying the client across luxury Mediterranean destinations such as Mallorca, Marbella, Monaco, Greece, Ibiza, the Côte d’Azur, and the Algarve.

Primary Duties
  • Manage complex medical coordination and act as the primary clinical liaison.
  • Conduct continuous monitoring and tracking of chronic health indicators.
  • Administer and manage specialized pharmaceutical regimes.
Requirements
  • Education: Must hold a 4‑year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited Western university.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of solid, recent experience in acute hospital settings (ICU, Emergency Department, or equivalent high‑dependency wings).
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills with native‑level or fluent English proficiency.
  • Availability: Ready for immediate international deployment and ongoing global travel.
  • Compensation: Lucrative tax‑free remuneration of £60,000 GBP – £90,000 GBP per annum.
  • Dedicated, free private living quarters provided.
  • 30 days of paid vacation time every year.
  • Fully compensated business‑related global travel.
  • Remote screening process via video call interviews.
