An established small animal practice in South East London is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to lead its nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident RVN who enjoys combining hands‑on clinical nursing with leadership responsibilities, while helping to shape the continued success and development of a busy, modern practice.

• Maintain high clinical standards and oversee the day‑to‑day running of the nursing department.
• Support and mentor colleagues, fostering a positive team culture.
• Provide outstanding patient care and exceptional client service in collaboration with the veterinary team.
• Lead nursing team and ensure efficient operation of the practice.

• Registered Veterinary Nurse with experience in a small animal practice.
• Experience in leadership, motivation, development and inspiration of colleagues.
• A confident RVN eager to take on a leadership role.
