Are you a passionate and experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Bladder and Bowel Specialist Nurse to join our friendly and supportive Community Continence Service in Barnet on a permanent basis.

In this rewarding role, you will provide expert assessment, treatment and ongoing management for adults with complex bladder and bowel conditions, including urinary catheter care. Working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based continence care that empowers patients to improve their quality of life and maintain their independence.

As a clinical leader, you will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, person‑centred care across Barnet, while supporting service development, quality improvement, education, and colleague development.
