• Surgical Assistance:
  Provide expert scrub support across a range of surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient safety and care standards.
• Patient Preparation:
  Prepare patients for surgery, ensuring that all necessary equipment is in place and sterilised.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with surgeons and the clinical team to support successful surgical outcomes.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Adhere to all clinical protocols and infection prevention standards within the theatre.

• NMC Registered:
  Hold current NMC registration with scrub experience across orthopaedics, laparoscopic surgery, ophthalmology, and plastic surgery.

  Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 NHS experience required.
• Detail Oriented:
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
