Monica Mbao – Lead Nurse Reproductive Medicine
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Reproductive Medicine, working closely with Consultant Specialists, you will lead patient management for individuals and couples undergoing fertility care. Your role combines counselling on treatment options, including assisted conception and fertility preservation, with coordination of complex care pathways and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will manage a patient caseload, ensure timely investigations and treatment cycles, while supporting patients throughout their fertility journey.
Strong communication, organisational skills, and clinical expertise are essential, alongside the ability to work across teams and provide compassionate, patient-centred care.
