Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Nurse to join Dripdash as our full-time CQC Registered Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining clinical governance with the delivery of exceptional client care across London.

As our CQC Registered Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance and clinical excellence while helping to shape and grow one of the UK’s leading mobile wellness brands.

Alongside your managerial responsibilities, you will deliver premium IV vitamin therapy, injectable wellness treatments and health optimisation services to clients in their homes, offices, hotels, events and via our innovative Drip & Drive mobile clinic.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting clinical assessments, reviewing medical histories, obtaining informed consent, preparing and administering IV infusions, monitoring clients throughout treatment and maintaining accurate clinical records. You will oversee clinical governance, uphold CQC standards, ensure compliance with infection prevention and control procedures, manage stock and equipment, and work closely with the wider operations team to deliver a seamless luxury client experience.

The role also involves educating clients on treatment options, aftercare and preventative health, while contributing to the continued development of Dripdash’s clinical services and maintaining the high standards expected of a premium, concierge-style healthcare provider.

This is a full-time mobile position based across the London area, offering a varied and rewarding opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about preventative healthcare, longevity and delivering outstanding patient care.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current registration with the appropriate UK regulatory body (e.g., NMC).
• Experience in IV cannulation, infusion therapy, and venipuncture skills, with strong attention to aseptic technique and infection control.
• Ability to perform focused health assessments, review medical histories, and determine suitability for IV therapy in line with clinical guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain treatments clearly, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct in mobile or on-demand care environments.
• Comfort working independently in varied locations, including private homes, offices, and event spaces, while maintaining safety and discretion.
• Basic digital literacy to manage bookings, documentation, and clinical records using mobile devices or software platforms.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
  Advanced Life Support (ALS) is an asset.
• Knowledge of wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine is advantageous, as is prior experience in private, concierge, or luxury healthcare services.
