Compass House in Brixham is recruiting a Practice Nurse with current NMC registration to join our busy team. This permanent role is 34-38 hours per week, typically three to four days, 8am–6pm, with Friday work and occasional Enhanced Access cover until 8pm on Tuesdays.
You will deliver patient care across chronic disease management, immunisations, health checks, wound care, and health promotion, working with GPs and colleagues in a supportive practice.
