Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust's Young Greenwich Partnership seeks a Nurse to deliver health promotion and safeguarding in community settings, coordinating with parents, carers, schools and other professionals.
You will manage duty referrals, maintain RiO records, support staff development, ensure training up to date, and contribute to service evaluation while following GDPR and NMC guidance. Core hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with occasional extended hours or events.
