Fairlie Healthcare is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse (Sister) to lead and inspire a team caring for adults with complex neurological conditions at Fairlie House, West Norwood.
You will ensure evidence-based care, maintain patient safety, and uphold the NMC Code while developing others.
Active NMC registration (RN1) with strong leadership and medication management skills is required. You must prioritise a busy clinical environment and foster a compassionate, resident-centred culture.
