Northampton General Hospital is seeking an experienced ODP or Nurse to lead the Day Surgery & Eyes Recovery Team. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team and theatre management to deliver safe, high-quality care and an excellent patient and staff experience.
The role includes leading the Recovery team, coordinating DSU and Eyes theatres, staff appraisals, rostering, and development of a culture of learning. Full-time or flexible hours are preferred.
