We are excited to offer Clinical Nurse Practitioner opportunities at Finchley Memorial Hospital. Join our Urgent Care and Walk‑in Services team, where we value diverse clinical perspectives and a commitment to community care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Clinical Practitioner who is passionate about delivering high quality, patient centred care in a fast paced urgent care environment. You will play a key role in the assessment, diagnosis and management of patients presenting with a wide range of conditions, working autonomously while being fully supported by a multidisciplinary team.

As a highly valued member of our Urgent Care team, the quality of care we provide starts with you. We pride ourselves in supporting our ACP and ENP workforce with up‑to‑date evidence‑based practice, ongoing professional development, supervision, and career progression.

You will join a supportive, forward‑thinking service that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement, providing the environment to thrive and deliver outstanding care.

Main duties of the job
  • To provide high quality evidence-based care to patients attending with injuries and undifferentiated health problems.
  • The post holder will be expected to work as an autonomous practitioner delivering care to our patients.
