Pediatric Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate Band 6 Children's Community Nurse to join our Brent Children's Community Nursing Team based in Wembley. Working across children's homes, schools and nurseries, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to children and young people with a range of complex health needs. You will assess, plan and provide specialist care, including tracheostomy care, central venous access, enteral feeding and intravenous therapies, while working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, child-centred care.

- Provide information, education and emotional support to children, young people and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care and ongoing health needs.
- Promote health education and wellbeing by providing advice, guidance and practical support to children, families and carers, encouraging self-management where appropriate.
- Maintain the highest standards of infection prevention and control, ensuring the safe handling and disposal of body fluids, clinical waste and contaminated sharps in accordance with Trust policies.
