Registered Nurse Agency Positions Integrated Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team and work across care homes and healthcare settings. Locations Reading Peterborough Birmingham London Role:
Registered Nurse As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring the safety, dignity and wellbeing of residents and service users.

Key Responsibilities Providing professional nursing care in line with individual care plans Administering medication safely and accurately Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changes in condition Completing accurate care and nursing documentation Working closely with care staff, families and other healthcare professionals Supporting residents with their physical and emotional wellbeing Ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with relevant policies and professional standards Requirements Valid NMC registration and PIN Previous nursing experience, ideally within a care home or similar setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A caring, professional and reliable approach Right to work in the UK Relevant training and compliance documentation
