This Community Nurse opportunity offers a salary of up to £39,000, a company car or £4,877 car allowance, and an excellent work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours.

This role is with a nationally recognised provider specialising in home-based treatments and personalised patient care. Their clinical teams work closely with NHS partners to deliver outstanding outcomes while giving nurses the autonomy to make a real difference in their local communities.
As a Community Nurse, you will:- Deliver IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45 patients per day
- Educate and support patients and their families
- Work closely with NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical records and high professional standards
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Full UK driving licence
- Post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting
- Experience with IV therapies, IV devices, and subcutaneous injections
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work independently
