6) to join the Learning Disability Inpatient Service in Bradford. You will provide visible clinical leadership, support ward operations and supervise nursing teams to deliver person-centred care.
As a RMN/RGN/RNLD with at least 2 years post-registration, you will help develop staff, participate in audits and service improvement, and champion safety and quality in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
