Qualifications & Training
  • Current professional registration ( NMC or HCPC)
  • Evidence of mandatory training
  • Evidence of ongoing CPD
  • Willingness to undertake further theatre/anaesthetic training
  • Post - registration qualification relevant to perioperative practice
Organisational Management
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a busy clinical environment
  • Demonstrate effective communication with MDT
  • Knowledge of clinical governance, policies and risk management
  • Awareness of safe staffing principles and escalation processes
  • Experience supporting senior staff or taking charge of an area
  • Experience managing patient flow / theatre coordination
  • Participation in audit, service improvement or rota planning
Education & Research
