• Deliver high quality care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient needs
• Provide safe and effective care to critically ill Level 3 patients within a specialist ITU setting
• Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient centred care
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families
• Take accountability for your own clinical practice and maintain high professional standards

• Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin
• Postgraduate ICU qualification
• Proven experience within an Intensive Care Unit
• Exposure to Level 3 patient care
• Strong clinical judgement and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
