Description:

Athona Nursing is currently recruiting an experienced Band 5 Practice Nurse to work within a primary care setting in Tower Hamlets, East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Practice Nurse to join a healthcare service supporting patients with their ongoing healthcare needs.

• Registered Adult Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Previous experience working in a GP practice or primary care setting.
• Experience in practice nursing and managing long-term conditions.
• Relevant clinical skills in wound care, immunisations and health assessments.
• Good communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver safe, effective patient care.
• Additional training in cervical screening or vaccination, where required by the practice.
