Oasis Home Services is looking for reliable and dedicated Bank Staff to join our professional team across London and the South East. This role is essential for maintaining the safety and consistency of our 16+ supported accommodation during staff holidays, training, or increased support needs. You will provide high-quality cover while ensuring our safeguarding-led practice remains seamless.
Key Responsibilities:- Flexible Support: Provide cover for day, night, or weekend shifts as required across our different locations.
- Continuity of Care: Follow established individualised support plans and risk assessments for each resident to ensure no disruption in their progress.
- Safety & Security: Maintain a safe environment by following 24/7 on-call management and escalation protocols.
- Engagement: Assist young people with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and life-skills development during your shift.
- Professional Reporting: Complete accurate daily logs and incident reports to maintain our high governance standards.
