5) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to children and young people across community and school settings. You will lead clinical assessments, planning and evaluation of patient-centred care in collaboration with the MDT, and supervise junior colleagues.
You will provide nurse-led continence clinics across Greenwich and Bexley and support children with complex needs at home or in special schools, in line with NMC professional
