NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Ward Manager for the Brookside Adolescent Inpatient Unit in London. You will be responsible for patients on the ward, leading the team, allocating resources and ensuring high standards of care within the Trust’s values.
You will supervise staff, carry out appraisals, support the Modern Matron, and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop care pathways. A 9am-5pm, Monday–Friday pattern is expected.
