Job overviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Band 6 Senior Community Nurse to join the Hounslow Night District Nursing Team, based at Clayponds Hospital. The service operates from 19:00 until 07:00 seven days a week. The service has 2 shifts, 19:00 until 12 midnight (Twilight shift) and 19:00 until 7:00 AM (Night shift).

The phase 2 (TBC) will be happening shortly after the implementation of phase 1 with the Night Service re-design involving the twilight and the overnight shifts.
