Trust Wide is seeking a Band 7 Community Cardiac Nurse to work across our community out-patients Cardiac Services. The role involves triaging referrals, supporting unwell patients in clinic, and managing Band 6 and Band 3 staff. Extensive cardiac nursing experience and ECG interpretation skills are essential.
You will work autonomously, interpreting 12 lead ECGs, 24hr ECGs, Echo and ABPM while liaising with GPs and Cardiologists. A leadership role within the MDT is also expected.
