The Barts Familial Hypercholesterolaemia (FH) team is recruiting a motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to work with patients with FH, dyslipidaemias and cardiovascular needs. The CNS will deliver specialised nursing care, participate in CNS-led clinics, and contribute to service development and research within a leading cardiac centre in London.
The successful candidate will collaborate with regional and national CNSs, maintain high standards of patient safety, and embody the WeCare values
