The caseload is diverse and rewarding, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and other small exotics.

• Full-time position

• Salary £29,000 – £31,000 DOE
• 6 weeks annual leave plus your birthday off

This Veterinary Care Assistant position plays a vital role in the day-to-day running of the practice, supporting vets and nurses across both clinical and client-facing duties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Patient handling, restraint, and recovery support
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised clinical environment
• Laundry, equipment care, and stock organisation
• Assisting with laboratory tasks, including sample preparation and running bloods
• Supporting inpatient care and general ward duties
• Some reception and administrative support
