Senior Veterinary Surgeon – Small Animal. Easipetcare Streatham, South London. This role is suitable for an experienced veterinarian ready to take a leadership position, combining clinical care with team mentoring and practice development.

• Provide high-quality veterinary care in both consultations and surgery
• Support, mentor, and inspire junior vets and nurses
• Work with the management team to maintain clinical standards and protocols
• Lead by example with clear, compassionate communication
• Contribute to the growth and ongoing success of the practice

• Experience as a Senior Vet or a confident Veterinary Surgeon looking to step into a leadership position
• Ability to balance hands-on clinical work with leadership duties

• 40-hour working week with Saturday mornings on a shared rota (time off in lieu)
• No out-of-hours or on-call
• Flexible rota patterns; open to part-time and flexible working discussions

• Salary up to £75,000 DOE;
