Take a look through the keyhole at Medivet Parsons Green!
We have a great surgical caseload therefore this role could be ideal for someone who enjoys surgery including laparoscopic!
The team is made up of a Registered Veterinary Nurse, Patient Care Assistants and a fantastic Client Care Assistant managing our front of house.
The clinic has everything we need to provide exceptional care including a spacious reception area and two large consults rooms, amazing prep area and theatre with surgical viewing window, in-house lab, x-ray and laparoscopy.
This role works to a 4-day week with 1:3 half or 1: full 6 weekends.
We’re a few minutes’ walk from Parsons Green Underground (District Line). As you walk out the station, you’re hit with a welcoming village feel and a sense of community. You’ll find us opposite the award-winning Parsons Green (internationally recognised as a lovely and beautiful park!). There is great coffee across the road from the clinic and plenty of places to eat and grab lunch.
To support us further, we have access to advanced diagnostics, seamless round the clock care via our Kensington 24-Hour Hospital, and the input of certificate holders and wider colleagues, which allows us great follow through on our cases when things go beyond first opinion level.
We are looking for a lead vet who has an ambition to progress to Branch Partnership.
Branch Partnership is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring vets to own an equity stake in the clinic which they will increase in value over time. Our flexible exit options mean that when the time is right for the Branch Partner to leave the partnership, Medivet will buy back the equity at a defined multiple allowing our Branch Partners to create wealth for themselves and their families.
Branch Partnership is an alternative career option for vets that want to balance clinical work and leadership and be generously rewarded for the work they do. Our Branch Partners are fully supported with the day to day operational aspects of running the clinic allowing them to focus on team leadership and providing exceptional care to their patients and clients. As a Branch Partner you will retain full clinical autonomy however you will never be on your own.
You will become part of community of like minded veterinary professionals who support one another.
As a Branch Partner you will receive 6 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and £1500 CPD allowance. Our Branch Partners will receive a full onboarding helping them to transition from being an employed vet into the role of clinic owner.
