GARDENER POSITION AT PREMIER ESTATES

Location: London Dock, Pennington Street, London, E1W 2AD

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 0800 – 1700

Salary: £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

London Dock is situated in the heart of Wapping, just moments from Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, St Katharine Docks, and the city. The ideal candidate will have strong horticultural knowledge, with an understanding of which plants are best suited to the terrain, helping the development’s landscape thrive in the long term. They will also be experienced in maintaining visually appealing and sustainable green spaces, even in challenging environments.

• Weeding and litter picking
• Jet washing and keeping outdoor spaces clean and safe
• Pest control and plant health management
• Planting and maintaining displays
• Confident use of specialist gardening tools
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a small team

You will be provided with the relevant guidance and support to be successful in the role.

• Strong communicator in both written and verbal; you will be liaising with clients, contractors and persons inside / outside of the organization.
