Our state-of-the-art facilities include digital X-ray, ultrasound, Storz endoscopy/arthroscopy, an in-house IDEXX lab, and soon, CT imaging and a physiotherapy suite.

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing team. This exciting opportunity has arisen through internal progression and is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact on patient care while continuing to develop their professional expertise.

In this role, you will:

• Provide high-quality, compliant clinical care across a diverse and stimulating caseload of medical and surgical cases
• Confidently perform routine consults and surgeries
• Engage with our progressive, collaborative clinical culture
• Deliver outstanding client experiences throughout the entire patient journey
• Support colleagues and help develop skills across the team

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in internal medicine or diagnostic imaging

We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is:

• RCVS registered with 2–5 years’ small animal experience, confident across consults and routine surgeries
• A true all-rounder
  , ready to handle a variety of cases while delivering high-quality care
• A strong communicator
  , able to explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and options clearly to clients and colleagues
• Collaborative and supportive
  , thriving in a team environment and helping others develop their skills
• Curious and motivated
  , with a keen interest in internal medicine or diagnostic imaging and a passion for continual learning

• Comprehensive salary package starting from £45,000 – £60,000, DOE
• £1,500 CPD allowance with 2 days’ CPD leave
