Exciting new Veterinary Surgeon role at an award-winning independent small animal practice based in South West London. An aspirational, independent clinic with the very best equipment including CT in an unparalleled space. A 4-day week with time off in lieu for weekend work – No out-of-hours.

Our client is a new independent small animal veterinary practice that has gone from strength to strength, winning various awards in the industry. They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their enthusiastic team with different levels of skills and knowledge, to provide the very best in veterinary care. The practice has been designed to bring their ethos of Proactive, Innovative, Personal and Local to life and minimise stress for both pets and their owners.

This is a 4000 sq. ft practice with everything you could ever need – including CT scanner. There are separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, calming pods for anxious pets, laparoscopic equipment, a dedicated sterile theatre, a dedicated dental suite and much more.

• Provide high-quality veterinary care for small animals at a proactive, innovative, personal and local practice.
• Collaborate with the nursing team and nearby specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
• Engage in career development and participate in the Veterinary Graduate Development Programme where applicable.
• Contribute to a positive, low-stress environment for pets and their owners; support with client communication and treatment planning.
• Support and utilise the practice’s facilities (CT scanner, laparoscopic equipment, theatre, dental suite) to deliver outstanding care.

• Qualified veterinary surgeon with eligibility to practice in the UK.
• Willingness to work in a 4-day week with weekend work on a rota basis (time off in lieu) and no out-of-hours requirements.
• Interest in or experience with collaborative referral pathways and multidisciplinary care is desirable.
