As the face of Green Thumb across your patch, you will visit customers daily to apply treatments, diagnose lawn issues, identify opportunities for additional services, and manage seasonal machine work such as aerating, scarifying and top‑dressing. Every visit is a chance to grow the business and build relationships.

Provide expert lawn care advice, recommend suitable products and services, and perform seasonal machine operations. Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
