Veterinary Receptionist

Our practice provides a welcoming and friendly team, and as a general first-opinion practice equipped with x-ray, dental x-ray, and ultrasound, we offer a wide range of services.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

This is a part‑time maternity cover position working 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45 am and 7:30 pm, alongside participation in some Saturday morning shifts. We are also happy to discuss flexible working requests and alternative part‑time hours. There is no requirement to work out‑of‑hours (OOH) or Sundays as part of this role.
