We are looking for an experienced and reliable Mobile Maintenance Gardener to join our team, carrying out high-quality garden and grounds maintenance across a range of private and commercial properties throughout South West London and Surrey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled horticultural professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining gardens to a consistently high standard.

The Role

As a Mobile Maintenance Gardener, you will be responsible for the ongoing care and presentation of a variety of gardens and outdoor spaces. You will work across different sites, ensuring each is maintained to an excellent standard and that clients receive a professional and dependable service.

Your duties will include:

* General garden and grounds maintenance

* Lawn care, mowing, edging and seasonal maintenance

* Pruning, planting and ongoing plant care

* Weeding and maintaining borders and beds

* Maintaining gardens to a high horticultural standard

* Working across both private domestic and commercial properties

* Carrying out work safely and efficiently while maintaining a professional approach

* Using horticultural machinery, tools and equipment appropriately

* Completing chemical application records and other relevant paperwork where required

About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for horticulture and a strong understanding of professional garden maintenance.

You will ideally have a recognised horticultural qualification, together with hands-on experience caring for and maintaining high-quality gardens. Experience working across both private residential gardens and commercial landscapes would be highly beneficial.

You should be confident working independently, have excellent attention to detail and take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of workmanship.

PA1 & PA6 qualifications are preferable but not essential, as appropriate training and supervision will be provided where required.

A full UK driving licence is essential for the role due to the mobile nature of the position.

Location

The role is Surrey-based, with regular work across South West London and the surrounding areas. Ideally, you will live within a reasonable commuting distance of South West London/Surrey.
