The Facilities Manager will lead a safe, compliant, reliable and welcoming estate across all Brew Dog bars and the brewery in Ellon.

This London-based role brings together facilities management for Brewing bars and the Ellon brewery along with HSEQ oversight for Brewdog bars, providing one trusted point of contact for operational teams, leaders and external partners. You will set clear standards, anticipate risk and make practical, commercially sound decisions about what Brew Dog can deliver in-house and where specialist support is required. By combining visible leadership with disciplined compliance and project coordination, you will protect our people, customers, products, sites and licence to operate while helping every location perform at its best.
