The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Estate Assistant to join our Estates Team, covering Stoke Newington, Kings Cross and surrounding areas. The role is full-time (35 hours per week) with on-site duties including gardening, grounds maintenance and cleaning of communal areas.
You will act as the on-site representative, building positive relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors, and report repairs and safety concerns to help maintain safe, attractive communities.
