Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Industry Compliance Manager in a Pennsylvania based pharmaceutical company. The firm is a leading pharmaceutical commercialization partner with more than 3 decades of experience providing services such as PHS Health Solutions, Touchpoint, and more.

For a 12‑month contract, they are looking for a Compliance Manager with expertise in producing, evaluating, and certifying commercial and non‑promotional materials.

Producing, evaluating, and certifying commercial and non‑promotional materials for the company.

• Undergraduate/postgraduate degree in pharmacology, medicine, science, or law
• English and Mandarin bilingualism
• Background in the biological sciences, such as legal or compliance, medical information, or approval of promotional content
• Working experience with or within a multinational pharmaceutical or life‑science enterprise, particularly in Asia Pacific Medical Affairs
• Capacity to recognise and handle risk
• Confident and sound ethical decision‑making that balances corporate objectives and regulatory requirements
• Problem‑solving abilities and capacity to rationalise and document well‑considered judgments
• Maintaining credibility and trust, retaining a clear viewpoint, and knowing when to elevate problems
• Proactive, efficient, self‑driven, and creative
• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent teamwork and cross‑functional communication with colleagues from regulatory and commercial departments
• Strong communication skills with business knowledge and expertise to engage senior key players
