HSE & Compliance Coordinator

Permanent HSE & Compliance Coordinator required for Wimbledon. Job Overview My client is seeking a motivated and hands-on HSE & Compliance Coordinator to support the day-to-day Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance . This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HSE / Quality career who is keen to develop within a food distribution environment, gaining exposure to BRC standards, audits, and practical site-based compliance activities.

The role will focus on assisting and coordinating, with support from the wider QHSE team. The successful candidate will be practical, approachable, and comfortable with a hands on role as well as with documentation and audits.

Essential Criteria IOSH qualification (or working towards). Experience or strong interest in food production, food manufacturing, or food distribution environments. Awareness of BRC standards, ideally Storage & Distribution. Trained Internal Auditor (or willingness to be trained). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to draft work instructions and Quality procedures with guidance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Hands-on, enthusiastic, approachable, and keen to learn.

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Full UK driving licence. and available for occasional travel to other UK sites within the Group. Desirable Previous experience in a HSE, Quality, or Compliance role. Experience assisting with BRC, ISO, or customer audits. HACCP awareness or training. Hours of Work:
