About the Role

You will play a key part in overseeing Quality Assurance activities, ensuring that all project documentation, inspections and compliance procedures are delivered to the highest standard. Alongside core QA responsibilities, the role will also involve Document Control duties, supporting the smooth and accurate management of project records through established EDMS platforms.

Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to gather required information.
Drive compliance by ensuring teams meet deadlines and follow QA procedures.
Produce reports, maintain registers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

Strong experience working with QA software and digital QA systems.
Proficiency with EDMS platforms including Procore, Asite, Aconex, and Viewpoint (essential).

Experience with Fieldwire is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Confident and assertive-able to chase information and ensure compliance without hesitation.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to travel across London to support multiple projects.

Who We're Looking For

A proactive and confident communicator who thrives in a site-based environment and takes pride in maintaining exceptional quality standards. You should be someone who can balance supportive teamwork with assertiveness - ensuring information is delivered accurately and on time.
