We are currently seeking a Workshop Technician to join a precision engineering business based in Oxfordshire. This role is ideally suited to someone with a medical device or pharmaceutical background, experienced in assembling low:volume, high:precision products where accuracy, compliance, and zero:defect delivery are critical.

• Assemble low:volume, high:precision small products in line with detailed drawings, SOPs, and quality procedures.
• Work within regulated environments, ensuring full compliance with medical or pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Carry out in:process and final quality checks to ensure products are released with no errors.
• Prepare products for reliable delivery to customers, meeting strict documentation and traceability requirements.
• Attend customer sites where required to support installation or technical issues.
• Maintain a clean, controlled, and well:organised workshop environment.
• Accurately complete build records, inspection documentation, and QC paperwork.

• Background in medical devices, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or similarly regulated industries.
• Experience assembling low:volume, high:precision products.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, traceability, and controlled processes.
• Hands:on experience with QC or inspection activities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a right:first:time approach.
• Reliable, professional, and confident when dealing with customers.
