The RoleAs Quality Manager
, you will play a key strategic role in driving quality excellence across the site. You will work closely with Regional Quality Managers and senior leadership teams to lead continuous improvement initiatives, enhance operational performance, and strengthen the quality culture throughout the business.
This position oversees a team of Quality Managers and Quality Inspectors, ensuring standards are consistently met, risks are mitigated, and customers receive products of the highest calibre.
Key Responsibilities- Support and collaborate with Regional Quality Managers and leadership teams to develop and implement quality strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement across all quality processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality team, including Quality Managers and Inspectors.
- Conduct and facilitate quality meetings, reviews, and performance tracking sessions.
- Oversee quality investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Provide technical guidance on product and process quality within their manufacturing operations.
- Monitor quality KPI performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships with production, engineering, supply chain and customer teams.
- Champion a proactive, right first time quality culture.
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality role, ideally within packaging, manufacturing, or similar regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach, influence and elevate team performance.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.
