Night Quality Assurance Operative - Knightsbridge, London
The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Quality Assurance Operative to join our prestigious client's production kitchen in the heart of Knightsbridge, London.

Position Details- Location: Knightsbridge, London
- Pay Rate: £15.57 per hour
- Shift Time: 20:00-06:00 with flexibility required to work additional hours either side of the shift start and finish time
- Shift Pattern: Full-time, 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays
- Carry out thorough start-up and end-of-shift quality checks accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure product build specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date, accessible, and consistently followed.
- Verify the accuracy of all product labelling, including Bizerba labels and associated product information.
- Act as the final quality checkpoint, ensuring products are released for delivery correctly every time.
- Conduct regular production audits and complete all due diligence documentation to the highest standard.
- Investigate customer complaints and produce detailed reports within agreed timescales.
- Support weekly inspections and quality assurance activities across the department.
- Resolve non‑conformances identified during Food Safety audits within required deadlines.
- Help maintain key performance targets, including ATP and EMP compliance standards.
- Previous Quality Assurance experience within a food manufacturing environment (chilled food experience highly desirable).
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certification as a minimum (HACCP Level 2 or equivalent awareness training advantageous).
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with SAP experience desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work independently when required.
