Food Quality Technologist
- London (2-3 days in office)- Competitive Salary

I am excited to be partnering with a global food manufacturer, with operations in over 35 markets, who are looking for a Quality Technologist to join their team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Quality function, playing a key role in ensuring product safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally to investigate issues, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across a complex supply chain environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead investigations into quality issues and non-conformances across internal, supplier, and customer contexts
  • Conduct root cause analysis (e.g. 5 Whys, FMEA, Fishbone) and implement corrective and preventative actions
  • Support customer complaint handling and drive timely resolution
  • Identify trends and provide reporting on quality performance
  • Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits (e.g. BRC, customer audits)
  • Ensure documentation and compliance with food safety, regulatory, and customer standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
  • Assist in supplier approval, performance monitoring, and quality assurance of co-manufacturers
  • Collaborate with commercial, product, and supply chain teams to ensure quality expectations are met
In order to be successful
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and safety standards
  • Experience managing investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPAs
  • Experience in food and beverage manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, GMP standards
  • Experience with supplier quality and audit processes
  • Full permanent right to work in the UK
