I am excited to be partnering with a global food manufacturer, with operations in over 35 markets, who are looking for a Quality Technologist to join their team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Quality function, playing a key role in ensuring product safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally to investigate issues, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across a complex supply chain environment.
Key responsibilities- Lead investigations into quality issues and non-conformances across internal, supplier, and customer contexts
- Conduct root cause analysis (e.g. 5 Whys, FMEA, Fishbone) and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Support customer complaint handling and drive timely resolution
- Identify trends and provide reporting on quality performance
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits (e.g. BRC, customer audits)
- Ensure documentation and compliance with food safety, regulatory, and customer standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Assist in supplier approval, performance monitoring, and quality assurance of co-manufacturers
- Collaborate with commercial, product, and supply chain teams to ensure quality expectations are met
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and safety standards
- Experience managing investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPAs
- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, GMP standards
- Experience with supplier quality and audit processes
- Full permanent right to work in the UK
